This Policy describes the procedure for processing information on the official website of the scientific journal Psychology of Development and Education (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

1. General provisions

The website is designed to inform readers about the journal, familiarize them with scientific articles and download electronic versions of issues in PDF format.

The personal data operator is the editorial board of the journal "Psychology of Development and Education" (ANO "ACME Development Center"). Regarding data processing: development-edu@yandex.ru .

2. What data do we process

During a regular visit to the Site (without registration), technical data can be automatically processed: IP address, browser type and device, date and time of access, address of the requested page, cookies necessary for the operation of the Site (including session and protection against request forgery).

The Site does not provide for reader registration and does not collect data through web-based feedback forms.

Information from scientific articles is published in open access on the Website.: Full names of the authors, affiliation to the organization, annotations, keywords, texts of articles, as well as other information provided by the authors for publication in accordance with the editorial policy of the journal. The contact details of the authors (including e-mail) may be indicated in the published materials, if this is provided for by the rules of the manuscript design and agreed with the author.

The authors send the articles themselves by e-mail specified in the "Send article" section. The processing of personal data in correspondence with the editorial board is regulated separately — within the framework of the editorial and publishing process and the author's consent to publication.

3. Processing purposes

  1. ensuring the operability and security of the Website;
  2. providing access to information about the journal, articles and the PDF archive;
  3. Website content search;
  4. compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses the necessary cookies for correct operation (including the administrative panel for editorial staff). Third-party advertising and analytics cookies are not used by default. When you enable web analytics services, information about them will be additionally indicated on this page.

5. Transfer of data to third parties

The data may be processed by the hosting provider and other persons involved in the maintenance of the Site, only to the extent necessary for these purposes, and in compliance with the requirements of the legislation on personal data.

The publication of information about authors in scientific articles is not a transfer of data in the sense of closed processing: this information is publicly available for scientific and informational purposes.

6. Shelf life

The server's technical logs are stored for a limited time, which is necessary to ensure security and eliminate failures. The published materials of the journal are archived on the Website in accordance with the editorial policy and requirements for the scientific heritage of the publication.

7. Rights of personal data subjects

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", you have the right to request clarification, blocking or deletion of your personal data if they are processed by the Operator and are not subject to mandatory publication as part of a scientific article. Please send your requests to development-edu@yandex.ru indicating the full name and the nature of the request.

8. Links to external resources

The Site may contain links to social networks and other external sites. The privacy policy of these resources is valid independently of this Policy.
