- The scheme of presentation of the text of a scientific article in the journal is as follows.
Block 1
− UDC (define on the website http://teacode.com/online/udc /);
− the title of the article;
− author(s);
− address data of the author(s): regalia, position, organization(s), organization address(s) (street, house number, city, country, zip code); e-mail of all or the responsible author;
− author's resume;
− keywords.
Block 2
The full text of the article should be structured by forming the following sections.
Introduction – includes the relevance of the problem, a brief analysis, an overview of its state with the necessary links to the formulation of goals, hypotheses, tasks, definition of research methods, theoretical and / or empirical. In this section, it is important to answer the question: what was done and why was the research conducted?
Research methods (methodology) - the section should reflect: the program and stages of research, its methods: for theoretical articles, the types of theoretical analysis and generalization used, for empirical articles, the appropriate tools, as well as a description of the sample and experimental base, etc. In this section, it is important to answer the question: how was the research conducted?
The main part is for theoretical articles: the section includes, for example, a description of the phenomenon under study. The editorial board recommends dividing the main part into thematic subsections; for articles of an empirical nature: research results and their discussion. In this section, it is important to answer the question: what exactly has been obtained and what does it mean in theory and in practice?
Conclusions and general conclusion – brief summary positions on each of the goals and objectives formulated in the introduction; integration of the conclusions obtained with access to the practical significance and prospects of the study. In this section, it is important to answer the question: what is the benefit of the research and what remains unresolved?
Funding and/or acknowledgements - in this section it should be indicated if the article was prepared under a grant or with other financial support, and it is also possible to express gratitude to colleagues, experts, opponents, etc., who are not the authors of the article, but with their assistance the research was conducted, etc.
Block 3
References are arranged alphabetically (foreign sources at the end of the list) and references to it in the text, indicating the surname and initials of the author(s) in parentheses, with mandatory indication of the year of publication and, if necessary, the page(s). For example: (Ivanov I.I., 2019); (Ivanov I.I., Petrov P.P., 2019); (Ivanov I.I., 2019, p. 79). If the sentence begins with a mention of the author, then the link is formatted as follows: "According to Ivanov I.I. (2019) ...the text of the proposal ... (p. 79)". If two or more works by the same author date back to the same year, they are ordered alphabetically by the name of the work, and in addition to the year of the work, the letter of the Latin alphabet is indicated (2019a; 2019b, etc.). For example: (Ivanov I.I., 2019a); (Ivanov I.I., 2019b).
Direct quoting is not recommended, and paraphrasing is recommended when referring to primary sources. However, if quoting is fundamentally necessary and the text contains an exact quotation from the source, double quotation marks should be used, and the surname and initials of the author(s) should also be indicated in parentheses after the quotation, as well as the page where the quotation is taken.
If necessary, the names of foreign authors in the text of the article are written in Russian transcription, and in this case they are also always accompanied by the initials of the author.
All authors from the list of references should be referenced in the text of the article, made as indicated above, and vice versa – all references to the authors of the primary sources in the text of the article should be provided with correctly formatted bibliographic references after the text of the article.
When creating a list of references, authors are recommended to include sources included in the RSCI and other international citation databases. The number of sources in the list of references varies depending on its nature.
However, the editorial board recommends that the bibliography include primary sources published in the last 5 years.
Block 4
The information in Block 1 is in the Roman alphabet and the English translation of the corresponding data in the same sequence: the title of the article (in English); the authors in Latin (transliteration); the address data of the author(s) in English: regalia, position, organization(s), organization address(s) (street, house number, city, country, zip code); e-mail of all or the responsible author); abstract and keywords in English.
Block 5

We draw the authors' attention to the need to ensure the professional quality of the translation into English of the required data, and, if necessary, of the entire article. Automated translation using software systems is not allowed. The editors provide general editing of the text, but not its translation.
- It is recommended to use no more than 5-7 words in the title of the article. The title should reflect the research problem and its subject.
- The abstract (90-300 words in length) should accurately reflect the main content of the article, including all the above sections:
− a description of the problem, its relevance, as well as the main purpose (What was done and why was the research conducted?) – from 15 to 50 words;
− refinement of methods (How was the study conducted?) without methodological details - from 15 to 50 words;
− integration of the most important results (What exactly is obtained as a result of the research and what does it mean in theory and in practice?) – from 45 to 150 words;
− formulation of the general conclusion and implications or directions of using the results (What is the benefit of the conducted research?) – from 15 to 50 words.
- Keywords should reflect the main content of the article, define the subject area of the study, and include important concepts that will facilitate and expand the possibilities of finding the article by means of an information search engine.
- The design of the text of the manuscript:
− size 12 Times New Roman,
− interval − 1,
− paragraph indentation in the text of the article − 1 cm,
− margins are all 2 cm,
− the pages of the manuscript are not numbered,
